    JS公司绩效评价问题研究

    【摘  要】纺织印染行业是中国国民经济传统支柱产业和重要民生产业之一,也是国际竞争力明显的产业。多年来对扩大出口,满足就业需求,促进城市化发展,解决“三农问题”起着重要作用。现以JS印染公司为研究对象,综合分析绩效评价现状及问题,以提高绩效管理水平为目标,构建基于平衡计分卡的绩效评价体系,并给出相应的保障措施。

    【Abstract】Textile printing and dyeing industry is one of the traditional pillar industries and important livelihood industries of China"s national economy, and also an industry with obvious international competitiveness. Over the years, it has played an important role in expanding exports, meeting employment needs, promoting urbanization and solving the "three rural issues". Taking JS printing and dyeing company as the research object, the paper comprehensively analyzes the status quo and problems of performance evaluation, and with the goal of improving the level of performance management, we construct a performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard, and put forward corresponding guarantee measures.
