　五、发挥挥职能作用，推进党风廉政政建设。

　工作职能直接涉涉及“三农”问题，在社会会主义新农村建设中肩负重重要任务，在开发工作与党党风廉政建设工作过程中，，结合实际，坚持把反腐倡倡廉建设贯穿于建设全过程程。
