　 某单位纪检监察工作总结

　XX年，我局纪检检监察工作在市纪委的领导下下，按照中央、省市纪委会议议部署和要求。紧紧围绕林业业中心工作任务，以推进反腐腐倡廉制度建设为重点，以落落实党风廉政建设责任制、完完善制度建设、加强党员领导导干部作风建设、强化监督执执行为着力点，有力推进反腐腐倡廉工作，为充分发挥林业业工作在生态文明建设、构建建和谐社会中的作用提供了有有力的政治保证。

　一、认真真学习贯彻十七大精神，落实实党风廉政建设责任制

　认真真学习党的十七大、胡锦涛总总书记在中央纪委十七届二次次全会上的重要讲话和中央纪纪委十七届二次全会、省纪委委八届全会、市纪委九届三次次全会精神，深刻理解认真贯贯彻新时期反腐倡廉建设基本本内涵和基本方针，围绕以生生态文明建设为中心，以推进进林业又好又快发展为大局，，坚持以从源头上预防和治理理腐败为重点，以增强干部廉廉洁自律意识为核心，更加注注重治本，更加注重预防，更更加注重制度建设，推进党风风廉政建设。根据新时期反腐腐倡廉建设基本要求和局主要要领导调整的情况，进一步加加强反腐倡廉建设领导，认真真落实党风廉政建设责任制，，完善惩防体系。认真制定了了《市林业局XX年党风廉政政建设工作要点》和《市林业业局XX年党风廉政建设和反反腐败主要工作的组织领导和和任务分解》，明确“一把手手”及局其它领导在党风廉政政建设工作中的领导责任、目目标任务及工作重点，“一岗岗双责”的直接责任得到进一一步落实。

　二、扎实推进反反腐倡廉制度建设推进年活动动

　1、明确制度建设重点。。反腐倡廉制度建设坚持以规规范权力运行为中心，坚持从从源头抓起，围绕林业工作的的重点部位和重点环节，结合合反腐倡廉制度建设实际，明明确制度建设重点：一是领导导班子议事、决策和自身建设设方面的制度建设，推进领导导班子议事、决策方面的制度度建设，推进党组议事决策的的科学化、民主化；二是以局局8项行政许可为主的依法行行政制度建设，建设规范、高高效、廉洁的服务环境；三是是林业工程项目制度建设，让让权力在阳光下运行。四是围围绕人、财、物、事等重点岗岗位的制度建设，实行政务公公开。

　2、认真清理、完善善制度。我局根据这次活动的的要求，按照制度建设“必要要”、“管用”的原则，对现现有的各类规章制度进行了一一次全面系统的清理和审查。。共清理、审查各类规章制度度21项，按照“坚持、完善善、废止、新建”的要求，继继续坚持的10项，需要完善善的9项，拟新建的2项。比比如在完善了《市林业局党组组会议议事制度》、《市林业业局党风廉政建设责任制度》》等制度规定，进一步提高议议事决策的科学化、民主化水水平，着力提高拒腐防变的意意识和能力。比如进一步完善善优化了局行政服务窗口行政政许可办事流程，制定《局政政务信息公开工作意见》、《《***市林业局行政处罚自自由裁量权实施办法》，着力力提高行政依法能力和服务水水平。比如在规范局机关内部部管理,我局完善了《****市林业局机关处室职能配置置调整方案》，《市林业局财财务审批管理制度》等制度规规定。通过全面清理审查，我我局未有应予废除的规定。对对坚持实行的21件制度进行行确认和公布。

　3、锐意创创新制度。为充分体现公开、、公正、公平、择优的原则，，更有效地加强林业工程项目目投资、工期和质量的控制，，最大地发挥和提高林业工程程项目的投资效益。我们在重重大林业工程项目，实行公开开招投标制度，今年把我市外外环绿色长廓二期工程建设的的施工和监理，全部纳入市招招投标中心向全社会公开招标标，工程监理被一省外监理公公司中标，比未采用招标的节节约工程监理费用30%以上上。

　三、开展政风评议工作作，推进政务公开

　按照文件件精神，局制订了《关于认真真开展XX年政风行风评议工工作的通知》，通过自已找、、处室相互评议、召开服务对对象座谈会、发放征求意见函函等形式，对照依法行政等六六个方面，认真对照查找不足足。工作作风上重点解决飘浮浮、简单、不细致、不严谨的的问题，市重点评议处室资源源管理处制定了政风建设六项项服务承诺，重新制定了服务务指南、优化了办事流程，简简化程序，方便了群众；工作作效率上重点解决拖拉、推诿诿、职责不清的问题，通过调调整内部处室职责、实行周工工作例会和周计划安排表等，，强化职责，提高效率；廉政政勤政上，结合开展推进反腐腐倡廉制度建设推进年活动，，修订完善廉政制度21项，，狠抓制度落实。我局认真学学习宣传贯彻执行《中华人民民共和国政府信息公开条例》》，局成立了政务信息领导小小组和工作机构，制定了关于于加强林业政务信息工作的意意见，制定局政务信息主动公公开流程，。市统一要求编制制政务信息公开目录，完成《《政府信息公开目录》填报工工作，机构职能、林业法规、、各项行政许可公开事项等政政务信息完全得到落实，充分分保证公民、法人和其他组织织依法获取我市林业政务信息息，主动接受群众和新闻舆论论的监督。截止目前已受理和和答复社会反映和咨询1122条，同时妥善处理群众来信信反映的有关情况。

　四、加加强廉政宣传教育，促进党员员干部廉洁自律。

　一是开展展经常性教育，促进党员干部部廉洁自律。我们通过理论中中心组、机关政治学习、党员员学习和各种培训教育活动，，主要学习党章、党的十七大大、胡锦涛总书记在中央纪委委十七届二次全会上的重要讲讲话和中央、省、市纪委全会会精神和建立健全XX-XXX年惩治和预防体系建设规划划等廉政文件，重点是加强理理想信念和党纪国法教育，引引导广大党员干部坚定建设有有中国特色社会主义的信念，，牢固树立正确的世界观、人人生观和价值观，引导广大党党员干部知法、懂法、守法、、依法秉公文明办事。二是开开展反腐倡廉制度建设主题教教育活动。局召开机关及局属属单位全体党员干部学习会议议，认真学习市委书记孙金龙龙作“加强制度建设，坚持廉廉政勤政，促进经济社会发展展再上新台阶”为题的廉政党党课，观看《制度创新促发展展》、《秉公用权廉洁从政——警示录》和《抵制诱惑—警警示录》等专题片。局党组副副书记李晓辉以“树立正确的的利益观和权力观，增强拒腐腐防变能力，把林业局党风廉廉政建设和反腐败工作落到实实处”为题，给局机关及局属属事业单位全体党员领导干部部，上了一堂深入浅出、联系系实际的廉政党课。局党组民民主生活会上班子成员从反腐腐倡廉制度建设角度谈学习体体会、剖析问题、整改措施。。三是开展廉政文化活动。组组织党员参加***市举行纪纪念党的纪律检查机关恢复重重建30周年“清风荷影”专专场文艺演出，组织退休党员员李霞光参加廉政书画展出，，组织党员观看反映“公正司司法、一心为民”好法官宋鱼鱼水先进事迹的电影《真水无无香》，增强廉洁自律意识，，营造“廉荣贪耻”，进行社社会主义荣辱观教育，始终在在思想上筑牢拒腐防变的堤坝坝。四是开展与困难群众结对对联系活动。在党的生日这一一天，党组书记李博平再次来来到皖客隆公司生活困难户侯侯书桥家走访慰问，了解当前前生活、工作困难以及子女学学习情况，并送上1000元元的慰问金及米油，把党的温温暖和组织的关爱送达。响应应市委“清洁家园、绿化乡村村”号召，组织局全体党员干干部，赴长丰县裴户村进行帮帮扶，开展植树造林、环境清清理的义务劳动，进一步了解解基层群众疾苦、密切了党群群关系，推进“两风”、“两两情”建设。

　五、以加强行行政执法监督管理为保证，进进一步提高林业行政执法水平平。
