铁路百日攻坚蒙煤突运战果辉煌:蒙煤价格

12月26日，继大秦铁路提前实现煤炭年运量4亿吨目标的消息传来后，铁路运输再传捷报。截至12月26日18时，铁路蒙煤运输提前完成年计划目标，达到33360.4万吨，同比增加6783.2万吨，超年计划进度516.5万吨。百日蒙煤突运攻坚战也已渐近尾声，各相关铁路局均按计划实现了突运目标。
按照铁道部统一部署，各相关铁路局充分认识蒙煤运输工作的重要意义，将蒙煤增运和缓解京藏高速公路拥堵作为当前运输工作的重中之重，全力以赴组织，围绕蒙煤运输方案进一步细化措施，制订推进计划，明确责任，并落实到日班计划中。同时，各铁路局强化日常组织，把蒙煤外运工作纳入日常运输生产会议内容；进一步加强与地方政府、企业的沟通协调，落实好有效货源，把机车车辆调配到位，尽快上量；加强对蒙煤运输的掌握、分析和考核，建立专门台账和报表，完善生产交班会议内容，充分发挥挖潜提效考核和调度日班质量考核作用。
December 26, following the news which Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway achieved the goal that transport 400 million tons of coal, another good news of railway transport flowed in. As at 18:00 on December 26, Mongolian railway transportation of coal achieved the plan target ahead of schedule, reached 333.604 million tons, increased of 67.832 million tons, over the progress of plans 5.165 million tons. Mongolian transportation of coal in the hundred days closed the completion, the relevant railway administration achieved the plan goals.
In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Ministry of Railways, relevant railway bureau fully understand the importance of the work of coal transportation in Mongolian, the top priority of the current transportation work of coal is the Mongoliantransportation and easing congestion of Beijing. Meanwhile, the railway administration strengthen the daily organization, put the Mongolian coal work into the content of the daily production transportation meeting; further strengthen the communication and coordination with local governments and business corporation, implement the effective sourcing; strengthen the control, analysis and assessment of Mongolian coal transport, establish the specialized ledger and reporting, improve the content of the production shift meetings, give full play to improve efficiency potential assessment and scheduling the day shift quality assessment. Especially since the beginning of winter, strong winds, frozen rain, snow temperature and other inclement weather increased, the relevant railway bureau do the anti-freeze work, minimize the interference of freezing the coal trains.
