盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗方法在抑郁症患者中的应用效果

[摘要]目的 探讨盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗方法在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年1月～2018年2月收治的住院及门诊治疗的75例患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为三组，每组25例。第1组给予单纯盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗，第2组给予心理干预，第3组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理干预治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后睡眠质量及心理状况的变化状况。结果 治疗后第3组患者的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于第1、2组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后第3组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于第1组和第2组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 选取盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗可有效减轻抑郁患者的症状，有效改善患者的生活状态，加速患者恢复。

Effect of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression. Methods A total of 75 inpatients and outpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into three groups， 25 cases in each group. Group 1 was given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets， group 2 was given psychological intervention， and group 3 was given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychological intervention. The changes of sleep quality and mental state of the three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The anxiety self-assessment chat and depression self-assessment scale scores of patients in group 3 after treatment were lower than those of group 1 and group 2， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were lower than those in group 1 and group 2， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and psychological treatment can effectively reduce the patients′ depression symptoms， effectively improve the patients′ living condition， and accelerate the patients′ recovery.

隨着生活节奏不断加快，人们在生活与工作等方面的压力越来越大，而这些压力的增大与抑郁症的发生存在较大的关系。近年来，我国抑郁症的发病率呈日益上升的趋势。抑郁症患者表现为情绪低落、悲观厌世、企图自杀、抑郁自卑等症状，抑郁症不仅严重危害患者的自身生命安全，还会诱发失眠等情况[1-3]。在大多数综合性医院中，抑郁症患者占10%～20%[4-5]，因此应该高度重视抑郁症患者的治疗。药物治疗是目前治疗抑郁症的主要方法，一旦停药后则容易复发并伴发不同程度的不良反应，因此临床迫切需要寻找一种更有效、更安全的抑郁症疗法。本研究探讨盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗对抑郁症患者的具体疗效。
