(二)参加会议人员应认真准备有关卫生工作情况及今后工作打算的材料，以便在会上汇报和交流；
(三)参加会议人员应于6月15日到县政府报到；
(四)会议结束后，将布置今年下半年的工作安排，请及时传达。
