　我校自办学以来，在区有关领导的关心帮助下，在学校领导的重视下，落实科技教育的经费与场地，注重培养科技教育的师资队伍。科技活动的开展做到正规化和常规化。利用校内各种宣传途径，营造校园科技文化氛围。积极参加各级科技比赛，成绩喜人；在2010我校被评为广州市科技教育特色学校。而我校科技教育的特色项目就是军事模型制作。

　静态模型又叫仿真模型，有军事、民用、科幻、建筑等题材。制作水平从入门的拼装模型套材到后期的完全自己设计制作模型还有制作场景。学生要学习很多制作的技巧，例如：学会看制作说明书、零件的组合与打磨、各种工具的运用、手涂油漆的方法、喷漆的方法、水贴纸的使用、洗的技巧、干扫的技巧、粉彩的使用等等。

　 作为一间学校，开展一项学生喜爱的、乐于参与的科技活动，给学生的成长提供了一个学习和锻炼的平台，可以归纳为以下几点：

　1、有利于激发学生立志为我国的航空、航海、车辆以及科技事业的发展做贡献。

　2、有利于开拓小学生的视野，把学习到的知识运用到实际中去。

　3、有利于培养小学生各种能力，发展智力。

　 既然我校开展这项活动已经取得了良好的成绩。那么，我们想借助这次机会，计划在校内建设一个集军事知识和模型制作相结合的展示平台。把模型制作这项有益的活动的影响范围，从校内扩展到校外。届时，可以邀请部队军官莅临指导，给学生进行军事知识讲座。也可以组织其他学校的师生，到我校进行科技活动交流，让我校成为科普示范的基地。

　四、项目实施方案 1.项目内容、拟解决的关键问题及本项目的创新之处

　在日常的科研开发、建设制造等领域，模型制作也是必不可少的一环。静态模型是真实实物的最大程度再现。因此，通过模型的制作，可以增加对实物本身的感性认识。制作静态模型涉及到美术技巧、简单的机械加工等知识，是进行素质教育的良好途径之一。随着我区汽车产业基地的规模逐渐扩大，众多的企业将需要大量的专业人才，而学生从小开始接触模型制作将会拥有优势。模型制作这项活动对学生的教育意义，可以归纳为以下几点：

　1.知识性。通过模型的制作，可以学习到真实物体的相关知识。

　2.实践性。模型都是学生制作的，需要开动脑筋手脚勤快，从而有利于培养学生独立工作和团队合作精神。

　3.欣赏性。制作好的模型就像一件艺术品，好的作品甚至可以表达出一个故事，培养学生的审美观。

　4.多样性。即使同一套模型套材，也可以制作出与众不同的效果，能很好的锻炼学生的开放性思维。 2.项目预期进展

　第一阶段（2013年-2014年）基础阶段。1.健全各项规章制度和领导小组，保证项目的顺利开展。2.增设一间模型展览室，并做好相关的资料收集。3.坚持开展兴趣小组活动。利用早上上课前和放学后开展兴趣活动，丰富学生的课余生活。4.在学校范围内做好宣传发动工作，营造良好的校园模型制作氛围。5.添置硬件设施，为项目的开展创设良好的条件。6.组织教师学习提高静态模型制作的知识，提高制作水平。

　第二阶段（2012年-2013年）良性发展阶段。1.保持良好的发展态势，重点培养突出学生。2.及时进行中期总结，出经验、出成果。使我校的模型制作水平再上一个台阶。3.以点带面，广泛开展各类科技教育活动。

　3. 项目预期效果及成果形式

　为了将我校打造成为以国防科技教育示范基地为特色的学校，也为了比较系统、直接地向学生进行爱国主义和科技教育，培养学生成为爱祖国、爱科学的社会主义公民，引导学生从小激发学生立志为我国的航空、航海、车辆以及科技事业的发展做贡献；开拓小学生的视野，把学习到的知识运用到实际中去；培养小学生各种能力，发展智力。我校将从两方面开展工作：

　一、建立一间军事模型展览室。

　 军事模型展览室将分成三部分： 1.古代兵器模型区、2.近代兵器模型区、3.现代军事模型区。通过不同时代的兵器武器模型，展示了近五千年来主要的军事科技、兵器发展，以及现代中国国防建设与人民解放军建设的新成就，具有鲜明的军事意义，历史意义和科技意义。学校定期邀请部队官兵到来，给学生们现场讲解军事知识，也可以与其他学校的同学进行联谊，接待他们到来参观学习。

　 二、在校内继续组织开展模型制作兴趣小组

　 将模型制作兴趣小组的开展常规化，多样化。每学期初开始开办模型制作兴趣小组，保证每天有1课时的活动时间。组织教师参加科技制作培训，争取增设不同类型的模型制作班，例如：建筑模型、桥梁承重模型等。这样可以把科技和模型制作更紧密地结合在一起。

　五、项目实施的基础条件

　1.师资力量：我校拥有陈仲衡、张雪欢、杜彩凤等6位热爱模型制作的老师，他们都长期辅导学生制作模型，并获得多个模型比赛的奖项。

　2.硬件设施：我校拥有模型制作的专用场室两间，并计划把其中一间改造成为军事模型展览室。由于我校已经开展模型制作兴趣班多年，所以学校已经购置了一批模型制作的基本工具以及制作材料。
