　 XX第18届四中全会报告心得体会 从党的十五大提出依法治国方略以来，中国在建设社会主义法治国家的道路上，不断推动法治建设进程，从建立健全社会主义法律体系到司法改革，从依法执政到依法行政，从法治政府、法治社会到法治中国，体现了一个迅速迈向现代化国家的法治自觉。十八届四中全会关于依法治国的战略决策，与党的十八大以来的各项重大战略决策相互配套、相互支持，势必对中国民族的伟大复兴，对实现中国梦，产生重大而深远的影响。

　 一、全面深化改革必须坚持依法治国

　 法治既是现代社会发展、改革、创新的保障，也是动力。党的十八大提出了全面深化改革的一系列目标要求，要实现这些目标，就必须坚持走法治道路，凡属重大改革都要于法有据，并用法治方式为各项改革举措保驾护航。只有将改革纳进法治化轨道，用国家宪法和法律保护改革的举措、监视改革的进程、分享改革的成果，改革才有广泛的正当性基础，改革才能在正确的道路上前行。同时，将全面深化改革的各项措施和要求纳进法治轨道，把全面深化改革与依法治国结合起来，及时地把改革开放的成熟经验上升为法律，改革才会克服各种困难和阻力不断前行，才会取得持久性发展的动力，从而避免人存政举、人亡政息。

　 二、推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化必须坚持依法治国

　 四、建设中国特点社会主义民主政治必须坚持依法治国
