　 一、基本情况

　 我县现有柑桔（脐橙为主）面积7万亩。经我站及各乡镇普查，柑桔溃疡病发病面积万亩,占总面积的%。其中发病最重的果园病株率%，最低病株率为%，平均病株率%，主要分布在乡、镇、镇三个乡镇，其中乡发生面积2750亩，镇发生面积470亩，镇90亩，比去年减少90亩。柑橘黄龙病发生面积万亩，主要发生在乡。全县柑桔防控面积达万亩次，全县重点防控果园数46个，防控效果达93%以上。通过防控柑桔溃疡病全年平均减少防治用药次，亩节约成本16-18元左右。

　 二、检疫管理措施

　 1、加强宣传力度，提高全民防范意识

　 我县充分利用专题讲座、印发科普小册子、宣传资料、举办培训班、黑板报等多种形式向社会和农户广泛宣传柑桔溃疡病、柑橘黄龙病等检疫性病虫害的识别、预防控制等知识以及柑桔溃疡病、柑橘黄龙病等检疫性病虫害的严重危害性，使农户有自觉防范意识。

　 2、加强技术培训，提高防治水平

　 重点向农户推广普及疫情控制技术培训工作，举办有针对性地现场实用技术培训，使广大农户了解柑桔溃疡病、柑橘黄龙病的危害特征, 掌握基本防治技术,指导农户开展防控工作，确保防治措施适时、科学、有效。

　 3、加强苗木的市场检疫

　 在苗木上市期间，我站严格按照植物检疫条例有关规定执行。加强外来苗木的市场检疫。

　 三、防控技术措施

　 1、对发病株率在15%以上的果园，我站会同果茶局技术人员下到农户果园，责成农户将病树连同四周10米范围内的柑桔树在下一季新梢抽发前全部销毁，并做好疫情的封锁工作，同时要求拾净落地枝叶，除净杂草，就地烧毁。做到用生石灰进行土壤消毒；消除残余病原。对未发生柑桔溃疡病、黄龙病的树进行喷药保护，并加强肥水管理。

　 2、化学防治。强调农户在苗木种植时，对苗木和幼龄树以保护新梢为主，对成年树以保果为主。苗木和幼龄树在春、夏、秋梢萌发长1厘米左右喷第一次药，以后每隔7天喷一次，春梢连喷2～3次，夏、秋梢3～4次。成年树应在落花后10天、30天、50天各喷一次。

　 3、对已发生溃疡病、黄龙病的果园进行喷药防治的同时对其进行监测，发现新发病株，及时处理，严防疫情的大面积流行和传播。

　 四、强化疫情发生区管理

　 1、划定疫情发生区。以乡（镇）、村、组为单位，统一划为疫情发生区，以便对柑桔苗木、接穗、成年树和果品采取检疫等管理措施。

　 2、对疫情发生区内的疫情发生点采取封锁控制和防除措施，尽快扑灭疫情；对疫情发生区内其余尚存的柑桔树，进行喷药保护，并加强柑桔潜叶蛾、木虱等害虫防治和肥水管理。
