　律所文化是律师每天都在践行的行为习惯对大多数发展中的中小，奢谈文化对没有任何裨益，文化急需走下神坛，文化不应成为的朝拜物，而应成为每天都在践行的行为习惯。文化的一种就是文化是全体和的行为习惯。文化应该是简单有效的，是界定和规范所有的行为习惯的。

　谈论文化的书籍和文章不说是数不胜数，也是汗牛充栋。到文化要建立愿景、价值观、理念、信条准则等诸如此类的文化要素，点。老以为，非得请个把专家制定个类似《》的东西才叫正儿八经的建立了文化。编好了这些东西，就可以一本正经、正襟危坐地说自己有“文化”了。大多时候，文化是被“神化”了。文化成了神坛上的，需要的时候，拿出来拜一下，不需要的时候就束之高阁了。
