　我是是来自教育一线的代表，现就就报告中有关教育的内容谈一一下我的一点看法。

　我想谈谈的主题是：做实做强职业教教育，大力培养技工人才。

　发展职业教育，加快人才资资源开发，是落实科教兴县和和人才强县、促进就业再就业业的重大举措，是提高人民素素质、提升综合实力、构建和和谐社会的重要途径，也是贯贯彻党的教育方针、遵循教育育规律、实现教育事业全面协协调持续发展的必然要求。职职业教育，尤其是中等职业教教育的发展与繁荣经济、促进进就业、维护稳定、建设先进进文化紧密联系在一起，在许许多发达国家，各类职业学校校培养的中高级技术人才与高高等教育所培养的学生数相当当，甚至超过高等院校学生数数。国发⒉号的《国务院关于于大力推进职业教育改革与发发展的决定》中就明确提出：：十一五期间，中等职业教育育招生规模与普通高中招生规规模相当，须为社会输送多万万中等职业学校毕业生。就我我县来讲，每年得向社会输送送⒋千左右合格的专业技术人人才。

　而在这一数字背后隐隐含着一系列的问题：中高级级技术人才的严重短缺，与我我县飞速发展的社会经济不相相协调；企业中好多中高级技技术工人为从外地引进的人才才，本地的一些初中毕业生、、中等职业学校毕业生或是高高中毕业生不是无用武之地，，而是无才可用，在就业中出出现高不成、低不就的现象；；对于初中毕业生的去向选择择，家长们普遍看好普通高中中，对中等职业教育抱怀疑态态度，即使子女知识学习能力力欠佳，但动手操作能力极强强，多数家长也情愿花钱买读读普高，尽管攻读大学的希望望很渺茫，问题就在于他们对对中等职业学校教育的不信任任，这种情况在中等职业学校校的春季招生和提前招生时更更为明显；即使是在中考后，，同样是就读职高或中专的，，毕业生流失现象很常见；就就读期间，因为这样那样的问问题而中途辍学的也为数不少少……。

　以上这些问题是不不是意味着我县中等职业教育育失败了，是否意味着政府对对职业教育忽视了呢？这倒未未必。回首十五期间，在原有有基础上，我县政府投入亿多多巨资扩建职教中心，花大力力合并职教中心和工业学校，，从规模和结构上，提供了职职业教育发展的平台，其后，，在每年的政府工作思路中，，大力发展职业教育均在其中中；几年来，通过上下努力，，职业教育还是取得了较大发发展，比以前有了改善，服务务经济社会的能力明显增强，，培养出来了一定数量的各类类管理型、技术型人才，为企企业输送了一些高素质的劳动动者和技能型人才，他们在各各行各业中发挥自己的能力，，为我县的经济发展添砖加瓦瓦。不过，就我县目前经济高高速发展的势头来看，现行职职业教育已满足不了经济发展展的需要，也就对职业教育的的质量提出了更高更新的要求求。

　为此，我县职业教育改改革是势在必行，充分学习并并领会国务院的关于大力发展展职业教育的决定，并结合我我县实际，在全面调研的基础础上，采取行之有效的措施，，并切实加以落实，增强职业业教育的发展活力，提升职业业教育品位，真正办好老百姓姓信得过的职业教育，花香自自有蜜蜂来，职业教育也就红红红火火了。就此，我想谈几几点看法：

　首先要加强对职职业教育的宣传力度，尤其是是对社会各界的宣传，加深百百姓对职业教育的认识，消除除百姓对职业教育的误解。

　其次职业教育要贯彻服务于于现代化建设的宗旨加快生产产服务线急需的技能型人才的的培养，大力推行工学结合、、校企合作的培养模式，与企企业紧密联系，加强学生的生生产实习和社会实践，提高职职教学生的就业能力、工作能能力、职业转换能力以及创业业能力；坚持就业导向，积极极推动计划培养转向市场驱动动，从传统的升学导向转向就就业导向，加强对职校学生的的职业道德、职业能力和实践践技能的培养，促进职教与生生产实践、职教与社会服务的的密切联系；重视教育中的实实践和实训环节，每所职业学学校，乃至每个专业，均有定定点企业或单位作为学生生产产实习和社会实践的基地，定定点培训、定向培养、定员培培养，协调好学校与企业、学学生与学校、学生与企业之间间的关系。
