　 20xx年7月3日，是个激情荡漾、烈日炎炎的夏日。在**街道**社区李书记的办公室里，刚刚踏出大学校园的我，放弃了留杭州工作的机会，毅然回到了家乡宁波，并在社区就业合同上郑重地签下了自己的名字，我清楚的知道，这是我走过23年人生中的一个重大选择，从此刻起青春脚步踏出了象牙塔，踏上的是这个平凡而神圣的社区服务工作岗位。在这里，没有令许多人趋之若骛的财富和权利；但在这里，我已经决定用全部热情与青春奉献在这份工作上，苦与乐融入工作，融入漫漫人生。

　 一、破茧成蝶——完成人生重要角色的转变

　　初到社区，由于上任的团关负责人因人事调动要离开社区，我就接管了团关工委的工作，虽有先前几个月实习期对社区工作的了解，但要在管理片区内近300户居民外，独立负责作为团关工作重心的暑期活动，这一切，对于刚毕业的我来说，无疑是个巨大的考验与挑战，顿时孤立无援，苦恼失落的情绪，充斥着整个工作生活，但在这时，是社区李老书记给了我的一番语重心长的教导：社区本是个服务群众的良心活，从事社区工作不仅要依靠奉献和热情，而且要肩负着一种情感和责任，克服浮躁心理，磨炼严谨作风，对工作抱有强烈的认同感和归宿感，成为实实在在为人民办事的优秀青年，这才是你在社区工作的最该学会的，这也将会是社区工作带给你最大的财富！精练而深刻的一席话让我顿然醒悟，重拾了信心和斗志！现在回想起来觉得人的心思真是很奇妙，从初期的暗自辛酸，到如今对工作的无比热爱，自己仿佛是在上演着一出"破茧成蝶"。

　 二、扎实工作——在平凡中体现不平凡

　　如今我已是一名普通社区工作者，当太阳在头顶上火辣辣地照射着，强烈的阳光直射得人眼睛白晃晃，出入居民区检查卫生，了解居民情况已经是我每天必修之课，由于暑期又是团关工作的重点，为了保证青少年活动的有序开展，我必须负责前期策划，人员召集，活动组织以及后期的信息撰写及报送……常常是深夜,总还独伴孤灯案头前,为活动稿件而高频率的敲击着键盘……

　　正是这种乐此不疲、责无旁贷的积极性和责任感,督促我探索青少年暑期工作的新思路，运用所学知识，根据社区特点，策划了以天使小分队生态环保教育实践为基础，以未成年人思想道德建设为主线，以青少年爱国主义宣传教育为核心的青少年暑期教育活动，并联合社区关工委成员和宁波大学教育学院志愿者，三效合一，寓教于乐，在落实学校放假、社区开学、双向互动、制度保障的教育模式的基础上,极大的激发了青少年参与社区活动的积极性, 也让他们真正体验到了快乐、健康、有益的暑期生活。

　　主题为“开心伴我行，成长不烦恼”的青少年心理健康活动，引导青少年吐露了心声，并由宁大的志愿者针对他们的烦恼和心理特点，就如何正确处理与父母的沟通，面对学业压力，以及如何处理好朋友间的人际交往等问题进行了适宜的解说和引导，使他们保持健康良好的心态去面对学习，面对生活，使成长的过程中不再烦恼；作为20xx社区暑期闭幕式的“社区之夜，今天我主角”少儿才艺展，出现了多幕“一人表演、全家出动”的亲友团风景，孩子们兴致勃勃，通过歌、舞、乐器等形式体验了快乐，增强了自信，体会到了亲情的美好，家长们也通过此次活动感悟到了童心的健康、童趣的活泼以及童真可爱，整个现场充满了无限的欢乐，洋溢着浓浓的亲情……此外，邀请区关工委陈兆章老师进行“纪念红军长征胜利70周年”的宣讲，寓爱国主义教育于有声有色的活动之中，给未成年人以知识的汲取、心灵的震撼、精神的激励和思想的启迪，学习“当代孝子——张尚韵”的精神，以模范人物为榜样，努力学习，勇于实践，争做跨世纪的“四有”新人……

　 三、无悔付出——朝着理想迈进

　　当忙碌一天的脚步停下来时，理顺一天紊乱的心绪后，遥望深穹中闪烁的星星，想想工作中的收获，想想那些天真无邪的孩子们,我会不禁欣然……

　　浙江工商大学四年的求学生涯，让我体会到了屈原诗人的"路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索"的求知精神；而短短几个月的社区工作却让我更为深刻地感受到了范仲淹先生的"先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐"的奉献精神。夏天再热，我的心态是平和的；冬天再冷，我的身体是温暖的，在今后的工作中，我会一如既往，竭尽全力地去履行一名新世纪大学生党员所肩负的神圣职责，以更加饱满的热情全身心地投入到基层社区的工作中去。路在脚下,路在延伸,虽有风也有雨,但我坚信终会有美丽的阳光伴随着……
