ICU重症监护室护士节护士演讲稿一名真正的好护士不仅是技术上的顶尖人才，而且是最有爱心、最有耐心的。这爱心和耐心是上帝赐给天使的翅膀，是天使带给病人的礼物。

我工作在icu，重症监护室里发生的故事常常不动声色地体现着“以病人为中心。”

icu实行的是24小时无陪护制度，每位住进icu的患者所有的治疗、护理以及喂饭、喂水生活照料全是由护士完成。

在icu工作的护士，都有这样一个愿望，要把我管的病人管理得干净清爽。每天早上晨间护理第一件事就是为患者进行全身温水擦浴。说出来你们不信，我们碰见几个几年没洗澡的老人，掀开被子，全身发出难闻的汗臭味，用毛巾一擦，皮屑直掉。当我们用四盆水帮一位老人擦洗完后，他连声说：“谢谢，谢谢，太舒服了。”

大多数重症病人是不能讲话的，及时发现问题，靠的就是护士的眼睛和经验。

“咳嗽，再咳一下，用点力气，”我们经常在吸痰的时候，鼓励清醒、气道开放的病人增加咳嗽的次数，气道湿化后患者一阵呛咳，痰立刻从人工气道往外喷，来不及就会喷到护士的衣服和身上，“刚才很不错，来，再咳一次，”尽管谁都知道衣服脏了，要立马换衣服，可我们的护士眉头都不皱一下，继续鼓励病人咳嗽，清理干净。如果病人状况好转，咳嗽次数增多，吸痰有效，护士们就会很高兴，也只有这样的天使，他们的爱如此纯洁。

在icu病房外家属的眼睛里，我们只是那进出忙碌，连走带跑的身影，在病房里，我们确是病人身边唯一的依靠。

去年夏天，我们收治一例车祸的男性中年患者，多处肋骨骨折、双股骨骨折，完全不能动弹。病情稳定后，解一次大便，需要科里四位护士一齐用力把他抬起来，一百五十多斤的身子，而且还必须用力均匀。可不轻啊！开始他死活不肯，在我们耐心解释和劝说下才勉强答应了。放进便盆，

解完大便，我们先用纸擦净肛周，再用温水毛巾洗干净，等我们做完这一切，为他盖好被子时，发现他的眼圈红了，眼泪已悄无声息地落下。“你们真好，好得我过意不去。”“没事，没事，只要你好起来就行。”

你要问icu的护士什么时候最高兴，那么让我来告诉你，病人一天天稳定，一天天恢复，我们心里最舒坦。

在生命的单程列车上，护士高超的服务，将使人生旅途的终点得到延伸。

提起九十五岁高龄的老红军郑毅爷爷，相信在座的很多人都不会陌生。他是我们医院的家属，也是市里仅有的几个离休干部。去年的冬天，他因结肠癌做完造瘘手术后转入icu。在icu里开始的几天，生命体征很不稳定，心率快，血压忽高忽低，病情极为危重。科里的每一个人心里的弦都绷得紧紧的，不敢有一丝的懈怠。经过几天的努力，病情逐渐好转了。后来的几天，老人只要精神好一点，就会给我们讲他当年的光辉岁月，我们认真听，他讲起来可真是滔滔不绝。他把我们当成了他的知音，我们也乐意成为他的忘年交。

他九十五岁的生日就是在icu里度过的，生日那天，科里的医生护士走到他的身边，对着他的耳朵说“祝您生日快乐”，“祝您早点康复！”听完这简单的话语，他的脸上露出孩子般羞涩天真的笑容。

尽管最终他还是离去了，但是我们知道我们曾陪伴他度过生命最后的十八天，我们曾努力试图把他从死亡线上拽回来。在我的心中，病人就好比生了疾患的树，但愿我们的帮助如阳光雨露，能给他们一个顶顶茂盛的郁郁葱葱，愿他们茁壮，愿他们健康；在我的心中，病人的愁苦如乌云漫天，愿我们的关怀如同和煦春风，吹走愁云，展现阳光灿烂一片晴空。

“荧荧，荧荧，你哪里不舒服，快告诉阿姨！”阳春三月的孝感城里，一场突如其来的灾难。从那熊熊烈火里救出来的孩子周书荧因窒息、昏迷转入icu。严重的窒息引起脑水肿，清醒后又昏迷，icu的护士们对她格外疼爱，哎！将心比心，她和我们家的孩子差不多，屁股上烧成那样，都

还没怎么闹，这孩子真不错。“荧荧，你真棒，你不哭不闹，我们告诉老师说荧荧最坚强。过一会儿，我给你讲故事。”这是icu里护士妈妈的原话。刚刚换的床单一会儿弄脏了，再换，刚刚擦的药抹掉了，再抹。荧荧的奶奶说，你们对我孙女真是耐得烦。

崇高源于微小，收获来自付出。象这样的事在icu里是再普通不过了。尽管我们也有过牢骚，也有过怨言，但是我们面对那在痛苦中煎熬的呻吟，无望哀伤的眼神，我们只知道我们有帮助病人的责任，减轻病人痛苦的义务。

荣获诺贝尔奖的特雷莎修女写的人生戒律里就有，你如果行善事，人们会说你必定是出于自私的隐秘动机，不管怎样，还是要做。

你今天所做的，明天就会被遗忘，不管怎样，还是要做。

我知道我们今天所做的，必然会被遗忘，但是我还是会做。

是什么让我有如此坚定的信念，是自信我有帮助病人的能力，既然穿上了这身洁白，我就会勇敢地走下去。

提起死人，你说怕，我相信。老实说，我也怕。可是icu的护士却是女人常有男人胆。因为有患者抢救无效死亡后，护士要做尸体料理，有的家属要求帮死者穿上衣服，我们尽量满足。说起来容易，做起来可不是那么简单。真的是只有他们，不求别的，只求心安。

手是女人的第二张脸。谁不愿有一双柔软光滑的手，可是我们icu护士的手的确是不能细看。粗糙，干燥。每天洗手，戴手套，脱了洗，再戴，无论寒冬酷暑，只要是操作，什么都顾不上了，一天下来，洗了不下几十遍，再好的皮肤也经不起这样的折腾！你们要问他们后不后悔，“不后悔！”

icu里病人多时，护士经常加班加点。把生病的老人留给丈夫，把没人带的孩子反锁在家里是家常便饭。谈起哪个病人，记得清点点滴滴，却常常把家里托付的事忘得一干二净。

就是这样的一群人，没有豪言壮语，只是这样悄悄地把病人放在了心

中。

病人在我心中，病人在我们心中，在我们在座的每一个人心中。把病人放在心中，就意味着我们的每一天都会过得充实，快乐。
