    有关布线方面一些知识

      布线系统主要由信、信号线和信号端组成信号端设备。信号端设备信号线传输电子信号布线方式有瓷(塑料)夹板布线,线槽布线,塑料护套线布线,塑料管(或可挠管)、钢管明敷或暗敷等。布线方式应根据房间的环境,对安全、美观的要求,线路的用途及住宅的安装条件等因素决定。

     ? 1.瓷(塑料)夹板布线

      适用于正常环境的室内(如砖墙、混凝土墙和天花板等处)敷设和挑檐下的室外敷设。这种布线的优点是经济,防潮能力较强;缺点是电线外露,易损坏导线绝缘,应注意维护。该方式在车间、仓库、作坊采用较多,住宅已基本不使用。

     ? 2.线槽布线

      线槽分为塑料线槽和金属线槽两种(过去用的木线槽已淘汰)。前者适用于室内(如砖墙、混凝土墙和天花板等处)设,也适用于有酸碱腐蚀介质的场所;后者适用于室内、室外场所,但对金属线槽有严重腐蚀的场所不宜采用。线槽布线的优点是电线夹在线槽内不易损伤,敷设方便,整齐美观;缺点是防潮性稍差。多用于办公楼、商店和住宅等。

     ? 3.塑料护套线布线

      特点是敷设简单,能防潮,适用于干燥的室内敷设,亦可用于潮湿的环境,费用低;缺点是欠美观。主要用于对美观要求不高的房间。

     ? 4.扁电线布线

      国外有一种专门用于在灰砂层(抹灰层)中暗敷的扁电线,JA5204-TS 其绝缘强度高,可用水泥钉直接从两导线的塑料间钉入墙体。这种布线方式施工方便,不必与土建紧密配合,导线敷设好后,抹上灰砂层成为暗敷。缺点是不能更换导线,检修困难,安全性稍差(怕钉子钉到)。国内也有用塑料护套线与墙体固定后直接埋入灰砂层内。在特殊场合,个别路段,只要使用得法,也安全。

     ? 5.配管布线

      把绝缘导线敷设在管材内的布线,称为配管布线。管材有电线管、钢管、PVC塑料管、PVC可挠管、PVC波纹管和铝塑管等。住宅最常用的是PVC塑料管,也辅以其他线管使用。配管布线有明管布线和暗管布线两种。前者配管和电气设备外露,欠美观,但施工方便,与土建施工的配合不紧密;后者配管和电气设备暗埋于墙体内,美观,但施工难度较大,与土建施工的配合紧密。配管布线的优点是安全可靠,适应环境范围广,尤其适宜在潮湿,易受腐蚀及有火灾和爆炸危险的场所采用。

     布线布线是建筑物或建筑群中的传输网络,是基础,其工程步骤一般为:调研-设计-施工-安装-测试-文档-维护。

     2.在管道预埋时,一定要考虑到拉线时的困难,要采用口径适宜的管道,特别是由于六类线缆的外径要比一般的五类线粗,为了避免线缆的缠绕(特别是在弯头处),在管线设计时一定要注意管径的填充度,一般内径20mm的线管以放2根六类线为宜。

     3.若有些地方不得不架设桥架走明线,必须考虑颜色、款式、外观是否与周围的装修环境相匹配,尽量做到美观大方;而且必须保证合适的线缆弯曲半径,考虑要能在不压损线缆的前提下盖上盖板。

     4.放线过程中主要是注意对拉力的控制,以免扯断线缆或线缆缠结;拉线结束后,两端留出的冗余线缆要整理好,盘线时要顺着原来的旋转方向,线圈直径不要太小,并相应地固定在桥架、吊顶上或纸箱内,做好标注,以防被不知情者破坏。

     .强弱电要分离布线电源线属于强电,接的负载越大,产生的电磁波干扰也就越强视频线,语音线切莫靠近电缆(大于380V应距离两米),预防干扰。

     制作流程:

      还有一种非常适用的焊接方法:就是在 D15 两端的 5~10 脚焊接在一起做公共地,红、绿、蓝的屏蔽线绞在一起接到公共地上; 1 、 2 、 3 脚接红、绿、蓝的芯线; 13 接黄线; 14 接白线; 外层屏蔽压接到 D15 端壳。

     网络线制作

     1.材料

     (1)相应长度的双绞线。通常使用最多的是5类和超5类(传输速率100Mbps)非屏蔽双绞线(Unshielded Twisted Pair,UTP-5),布此类线时应注意使网线尽量避开电磁干扰,并且规定双绞线的最大长度不超过100m。无特殊需要不必购置6类线,其传输速率可达1Gpbs,价格较高。

     (2)RJ-45接头:俗称水晶头,顶端有8个金属刀口。双绞线两端必须先压制RJ-45接头,然后才能与集线器或者计算机网卡上的RJ-45接口相连。有时,当网线长度不够时,还可以利用RJ-45延长插座来串接另一条网线。

     2.工具

     (1)RJ-45压线/切线/剥线钳:具有压线、切线与剥线的多功能专用钳。

     (2)网线测试仪(Link Tester):用来测试接好的网线的断。3.接口标准

     为了方便网络连接,对于双绞线的制作,国际上规定了EIA/TIA 568A和568B两种接口标准,这两个标准是当前公认的双绞线的制作标准。相应的接口线序排列如下表所示。

     事实上,568A标准就是将568B标准的1号线和3号线对调,2号线和6号线对调。

     我们日常用到的跳线有两种类型:平行线(又称直通线)和交叉线(又称级连线)。它们的制作方法如下:

     (1)平行线:将双绞线的两端都按照568B标准(或都按照568A标准)整理线序,压入RJ-45水晶头内。

     (2)交叉线:双绞线一端接头制作时采用568B标准,另一端则采用568A标准。

     事实上,平行线也可以不按照上述标准制作,只要两端芯线顺序一致即可,但这样制作出来的平行线不符合国际压线标准,使用时会影响网络速度,所以要按照国际标准压线。

     4.制作步骤

     (1)用RJ-45压线钳的切线槽口剪裁适当长度的双绞线。

     (2)用RJ-45压线钳的剥线口将双绞线一端的外层保护壳剥下约1.5cm(太长接头容易松动,太短接头的金属刀口不能与芯线完全接触),注意不要伤到里面的芯线,将4对芯线成扇形分开,按照相应的接口标准(568A或568B)从左至右整理线序并拢直,使8根芯线平行排列,整理完毕用斜口钳将芯线顶端剪齐。

     (3)将水晶头有弹片的一侧向下放置,然后将排好线序的双绞线水平插入水晶头的线槽中,注意导线顶端应插到底,一免压线时水晶头上的金属刀口与导线接触不良。

     (4)确认导线的线序正确且到位后,将水晶头放入压线钳的RJ-45夹槽中,再用力压紧,使水晶头加紧在双绞线上。至此,网线一端的水晶头就压制好了。

     (5)同理,制作双绞线的另一头接头。此处注意,如果制作的是交叉线,两端接头的线序应不同。

     (6)使用网线测试仪来测试制作的网线是否连通。防止存在断路导致无法通信,或短路损坏网卡或集线器。
