拥抱蔚蓝的河北
21世纪,世界的目光再次投向河北唐山这个被誉为中国近代工业摇篮的城市,这次的焦点是一个曾经只有16平方公里的小小岛屿――曹妃甸。
正在进行着我国规模最大的吹填造地工程的曹妃甸,最终将成为一个310平方公里的国际性能源、原材料主要集疏大港,世界级重化工业基地,国家商业性能源储备和调配中心,国家循环经济示范区。
曹妃甸的建设,只是河北迈向海洋经济的一个节点。河北蔚蓝色的渤海湾,发展大潮正奔流涌动。在唐山市以“蓝色思维”改写煤都历史,全力建设曹妃甸工业区的同时,沧州市开始从“大运河走向渤海湾”,着重开发渤海新区;秦皇岛人则把目光放到了秦皇岛西部滨海地带一片尚未利用的土地,独辟蹊径发展“黄金海岸新区”,努力打造中国顶级休闲娱乐产业群。
沿海串珠状的空间结构,让人们看到了一个更富有实力、活力、竞争力的河北沿海隆起带崛起于渤海之滨。
