成都至贵阳铁路建设大动员 成都至贵阳铁路

2010年12月26日，成都至贵阳铁路建设动员大会在四川省宜宾市隆重举行。四川省委书记、省人大常委会主任刘奇葆出席大会并宣布工程开工。铁道部党组书记、部长刘志军出席大会并讲话。
成贵铁路是四川省、云南省、贵州省和铁道部贯彻落实党的十七届五中全会和中央经济工作会议精神，加快铁路建设，深入实施西部大开发战略的又一具体行动。建设成贵铁路，北与成西、成渝高铁和成兰铁路，南与沪昆、贵广高铁相衔接，形成西南地区南下北上的高速客运通道，对于加快西南地区工业化和城镇化进程，发展旅游业、物流业等现代服务业，统筹区域和城乡协调发展，建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，打造西部经济发展高地具有重要意义。
建设成贵铁路，将结束云南威信不通火车的历史，对于改善革命老区交通基础设施、带动当地矿产和旅游资源开发、加快老区脱贫致富、造福各族人民群众具有重要意义。
December 26, Chengdu-Guiyang Railway Construction mobilization meeting was held in Yibin City , Sichuan Province.Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee，the director ofSichuan Provincial People"s Congress, Liu Qibaoattended the meeting and announced the project started. Secretary of Ministry of Railways Party committee, Liu Zhijun attended the meeting and gave speech.
Chengdu-Guiyang Railway is another concrete action which Sichuan Province, Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province and the Ministry of Railways implement the order of Communist Party of China "s seventh session of the Fifth Plenary Session and the Central Economic Work Conference, to speed up railway construction, to develop the in-depth strategy of the western region.
Building Chengdu-Guiyang Railway, link Chengdu-Chongqing-Lanzhou Highspeed Railway into north, link Shanghai-Kunming Highspeed Railway, form a highspeed passenger corridor insouthwest region from south to north.It has great significance for speeding up the process of industrialization and urbanization in western region, building the resource-saving and environment-friendly society, creating the economic development highlands in the western; building Chengdu-Guiyang Railway will end the history that Weixin county, Yunnan province does not have train.
It has great significance for improving the old revolutionary base of transport infrastructure, promoting the development of local mineral and tourism resources, speeding up the areas become rich, benefiting the people of all nationalities.
