     One, I have summarized the following three categories:

     (1) self-defeating type

     The countermeasures: to cultivate the students' correct view of frustration and success, and to tell them that the occasional decline is the inevitable phenomenon in the school learning process. Family, teachers, and society should pay attention to the connotation of quality education, change the idea, simply measures the one aspect of the students' development, focus on achievement will delay this kind of students' mental health development.Remember: the language you encourage is important and your kindness is important! Because your words or ACTS of kindness can affect a student's inner feelings, or even a lifetime.

     (2) pride

     Student C excellent academic performance, but very proud, think they can do anything, and love their parents, and students in the class relationship is bad, very little greetings to the teacher, but any activity in the class without him (her), he (she) is less gossip, think what do not belong to own. The psychological condition is bad, the first encounter setback, with the parents to make a scene to run away from home.

     This class the students mental fragility, disdainful of their home, to the location of the college, narrow-mindedness, rarely consider the ideas of others, very few, this article analyzes the consequences of their actions, it is difficult to test by the setback.

     Countermeasures: parents try to calm with him (her) to explain in detail the problems, how to solve this problem, this paper explores to persuade him (she) do not treat what things are always impulsive.      (3) it doesn't matter

     Second, the cause:

     Through my experience in teaching, I analyze the causes of these three high school psychology problems.

     High school students are sensitive, mentally immature, vulnerable to outside influences and psychological problems. And most of them there is a generation gap and parents, some parents view of obsolete, think learning good is the high school students to the fundamental purpose of the college, and the practice of some parents are too extreme, hurt the self-esteem of students, lead to psychological problems.

     2. Teachers focus on students' psychological health level is not enough, rarely use language to motivate students, some teachers even with sarcastic remarks hurt students' self-esteem, or belittle students with psychological defects.

     Society seldom pays attention to the development of mental health of high school students.

     The solution:

     Because now of high school students are mostly from relatively smooth and easy and comfortable life environment, parents relatively pet, coupled with high pressure resistance is poorer, lack of the ability to solve the problem, once encounter setbacks, disoriented, very easy to find the extreme ways to solve problems.

     Respect the students' mental development laws

     High school is a period of strong psychological activity in life, when their world outlook, the outlook on life is in a critical period, the students have their own instincts, not randomly killing their creativity. Family, teachers, society should respect students psychological law of development, must not act too hastily, nor expectations too high, beyond their law of development, the loss will be the school and family education is difficult to make up for the failure and sadness. To follow the laws of their minds,Eliminate the student's excessive suspicion, shame, guilt, ego and inferiority.

     Protect student self-esteem

     Self-esteem is the bottom line of a student, the utmost respect for the student, don't belittle or despise them, give them psychological relief pressure. The self-esteem of every high school student should not be trampled on, and parents and teachers should avoid aggressive behavior or words to protect high school students' self-esteem.

     Family education is the right way to go

     Today's high school students have serious mental health problems, and high expectations from parents are to blame.      Caring from teachers

     Teachers should avoid to identify high school grades, especially in mental unhealthy is divided into a group of poor students, so easy to make the loss of confidence, inferiority complex and decadence.
