摘  要：本文对我国外来物种入侵的严峻态势及立法现状进行了简要的分析,并根据外来物种入侵的特点和我国管理体制的基本情况,提出建立和完善防治外来物种入侵的法律制度,以有效防治外来物种入侵。且文提出应借鉴国外的立法经验，制定专门性的外来物种入侵防治法。在防治外来物种上阐述了外来物种入侵的各种危害，针对提出的问题，提出了通过加强已入侵法律层面上的治理和控制的对策，防止其进一步蔓延扩散，加强对外来生物入侵的防控，来解除外来物种入侵的各种危害。

Abstract: In this paper, a serious invasive species in China and legislative situation a brief analysis of the current situation, and according to the characteristics of invasive species management system and the basic situation of China, proposed the establishment of invasive species and improve the prevention and control legal system to effectively control invasive species invasion. And the text of proposed legislation should learn from foreign experience, to develop specific prevention and control of invasive species law. Elaborated on in the fight against alien species invasion of alien species, a variety of hazards, for the issues raised have been put forward by strengthening the governance on the legal aspects of the invasion and control measures to prevent its further spreading, and strengthened external to the prevention and control of biological invasion to relieve a variety of harmful alien species invasion.

事业单位应收账款管理探讨(字)

摘  要：随着我国市场经济的迅速发展，我国事业单位的应收账款逐年增多，应收账款表现形式多样，占单位资产比重大，影响单位的资金管理。但事业单位对应收账款管理的重要性认识不足，对应收账款的管理逐渐弱化，应收账款关系着国有资产的安全，加强应收账款的管理有着重要的意义。文章分析了我国事业单位应收账款管理中存在的问题以及管理弱化的原因及危害，并针对管理中存在的问题提出一些建议。

A study on the management of accounts receivable in Public Institutions

Abstract：Along with the rapid development of China's market economy, accounts receivable has gradually increasing over the recent years in public institutions. Accounts receivable plays an important role in the asset management of public institutions since it has different forms and constitutes a large part of the assets in institutions.  However, the importance of accounts receivable has not been fully realised in public institutions and the management of accounts receivable has been gradually weakening. Accounts receivable is closely assoicated with the safety of the State and enhancing the management of accounts receivable is therefore significant. This article analyses problems occured in the current management of accounts receivable in public institutions, reasons attributable to these problems and consequences, and then makes proposals to address the problems.

摘要：随着汽车的诞生，汽车的安全就随之产生，之后很快的出现了一系列的汽车安全系统。自从1953年，第一个气囊的专利就诞生以后，由于当时技术水平的限制，还不能把这种想法或专利付诸实现。到了1980年，德国默谢台斯公司开始实现这种设想，它在自己生产的部分汽车上安装了安全气囊。而从1985年起，在全部供应美国市场的汽车上都有安装了这种安全系统。随后，又出现了第一个保护驾驶员旁前排座乘员头部的气囊。现在，世界上许多汽车制造厂及专业生产厂都在设计和生产安全气囊，。今天的气囊已经发展到可以在任意方向的碰撞中（包括侧向碰撞）起保护乘员头部、躯干和膝部的作用。此外还会向智能化、小型化、多样化、无污染的方向发展的趋势。(毕业设计网 ) 关键词：安全气囊    技术      发展 Abstract：Along with automobile birth, automobile security on along with it production, afterwards very quick appearance a series of auto safety system. Key word：Airbag RestraintSystem   technological    development 安全气囊的基本原理 安全气囊系统，属于辅助约束系统(SRS)。它的作用是在碰撞过程中弥补佩带安全带仍不能保护乘员头部、脸部、胸部和膝部的缺陷。安全气囊一般由传感器(sensor)、电控单元(ECU)、气体发生器(inflator)、气囊(bag)、续流器(clockspring)等组成。 通常气体发生器和气囊等做在一起构成气囊模块(airbag module)。传感器感受汽车碰撞强度，并将感受到的信号传送到控制器，控制器接收传感器的信号并进行处理，当它判断有必要打开气囊时，立即发出点火信号以触发气体发生器，气体发生器接收到点火信号后，迅速点火井产生大量气体给气囊充气。 安全气囊最重要的指标是可靠性，如果不该点火而点火打开气囊称毒为误点火：如果应该点火而没有点火称之为漏点火，如果点火太晚则称之为迟点火，无论是误点火、漏点火、还是迟点火都是不能允许的。为了提高安全气囊系统的可靠性，防止电源线在碰撞中断线、电池遭到破坏，系统中备有储能电容或电池，以保证即使掉电也能够开气囊。为了监测传感器、电子电路、气体发生器；系统一般还有故障诊断模块、并设有信号灯于予以显示。这个系统有左右挡板传感器各一个，还有一个传感器放在含有诊断模块的控制器中，气囊有司机席(Driver Side)正面碰撞气囊和乘客席(Pssseneer Side)正面碰撞气囊，另外还有警告灯。当发生前面碰撞时，两个挡板传感器中只要有一个闭合，诊断模块就会根据送来的信号进行处理和判断，认为有必要点火后时即发出点火信号使气囊充气。

内容摘要

当前形势下，新疆经济发展计划的重要目标—乌昌一体化的进程日益加快，从乌昌地区发展的阶段性特征来看,已初步实现传统计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型，工业性、资源性城市向国际商贸中心城市转型，城市发展由过去的“建设城市”向“管理城市”和“经营城市”转型，城市形态正由静态停滞型向成长型城市转型。因此,乌昌地区正处于经济体制进一步转轨，城市战略进一步调整，城市竞争力进一步提升的关键转型期，它关系到新疆生产力发展水平、城乡关系、积累与消费等重大政策问题。

　本文所研究的目的在于，根据国外发达地区及我国东部沿海城市发展的城市空间政策的演变，总结出一套能够被乌昌一体化所借鉴的经验，从而提高对乌昌一体化进程发展的预见性，能够更加充分地估计到乌昌地区未来发展中各种因素和条件的变化，作出科学准确的预测，提出合理化的建议。

灵芝单孢子萌发条件的研究(7500字)

摘  要：研究了灵芝单个孢子在不同温度，pH值，照光条件的萌发情况，以及不同矿质元素存在，不同热刺激温度和时间，不同浸泡时间等条件影响下的孢子萌发率。结果表明：灵芝单孢子萌发的最适条件是28℃，pH5，黑暗；0.1 mg／ml 浓度范围的MgSO4，CaC12，FeC13能促进孢子萌发，在适宜条件下以50℃热激20min萌发率最高，以孢子在蒸馏水中浸泡24h后萌发率最高，达74.3%。

Study on monospore germination condition of Ganoderma lucidum

Abstract：This paper studies the monospore germination condition of Ganoderma lucidum, the monospores were treated with different temperature and pH, lighting or not, adding various mineral element, heating and soaking. The results showed that, the most suitable germination condition of the monospore is that the temperature is 28 degrees C, the pH is 5 and don’t given lighting; adding MgSO4，CaC12，FeC13 which concentration is 0.1 μg/mL could accelerate the germination; for the treatment with 50 degrees C for 30min, the germination rate reached 78.7%; when the monospores were soaked for 24h, the germination rate reached 74.3%.

摘要

钢铁产业是国民经济重要的基础产业，产业链长、关联度大、关联度高。有关数据表明，钢铁产业的工业增加值占了全国GDP的4%左右，它的总资产、营业收入、利润总额大体都占了全国工业整体的8%到9%。

　     然而中国钢铁工业是2008年以来全球金融风暴中受影响最重的行业之一。2008年10月以来钢铁业面临企业大面积减产、全行业亏损、库存大量增加、成本与价格倒挂等困难，大中型钢铁企业亏损面已达59.15%,钢铁产业稳定发展面临着前所未有的挑战，应该看到，钢铁行业在经历了长期粗放型扩张后，必然要进行一次大的调整，中国钢铁产业如何通过对自身的调整应对本次金融危机的冲击已成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文通过对中国钢铁产业自身现状及其各影响因素的分析，指出钢铁产业目前存在的诸多问题，针对这些问题提出了改革的政策建议以及应对措施，并在此基础上预测中国钢铁产业未来的格局与走势，以期为钢铁产业的投资提供一些参考。
