[西医联合自拟中药治疗习惯性流产的效果观察]

摘 要 目的:探讨用现代医学方法检查引起流产的原因,用中西结合治疗习惯性流产,以提高治愈率。方法:2007年2月～2008年3月,甘肃省妇幼保健院符合筛查指标的习惯性流产患者30例,用现代医学技术进行检验、筛查、确诊。结果:利用现代医学技术诊断和中西医结合,治疗习惯性流产,治愈率达98%,缩短了治疗时间。结论:中西医结合治疗习惯性流产是一种很好的方法,中药固肾、安胎,疗效可靠。

AbstractObjective:discussion causes miscarriage"s reason with the modern medicine method inspection,miscarries with China and the West union treatment routine,raises the cure rate.Method:February,2007 to March,2008,the Gansu Province mother and child care courtyard conforms to the screening target routine miscarriage patient 30 examples,carries on the examination,screening,the diagnosis with the modern medicine technology.Result:using the modern medicine technology diagnosis and the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine,treatment routine miscarries,the cure rate reaches 98%,reduced the treatment time.Cconclusion:cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment routine miscarriage is one very good method,the traditional Chinese medicine solid kidney,the anti-abortion,the curative effect is reliable.

若胎元自然殒坠连续发生3次或以上者,称为“滑胎”,亦称为“数坠胎”[1]。近年来,欧美许多国家文献不再使用“习惯性流产”之病名,主张把连续自然流产2次或以上者称为“复发性流产”。我国许多学者在文献和专著亦改用病名[2]。
中医认为习惯性流产主要是肝脾肾气不调,以致气血虚弱,冲任脉虚,气血瘀滞,跌扑伤胎,导致先兆流产。笔者对2007年2月～2008年3月习惯性流产30例患者采用现代医学诊断和中西医治疗,疗效明显大于一般方法。现报告如下。
