摘 要 目的:探讨手术治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折合并交叉韧带损伤的效果。方法:采用手术治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折合并交叉韧带损伤23例。结果:随访6～12个月,对其功能进行疗效评定。结论:该手术效果满意,功能恢复好。适应于无关节镜下治疗的基层医院开展。

AbstractObjective:To discussion surgery treats the shinbone intercondylar ji bone fracture merge overlapping ligament damage the effect.Methods:To use the surgery to treat the shinbone intercondylar ji bone fracture merge overlapping ligament to damage 23 examples.Results:Makes a follow-up visit for 6～12 months,carries on the curative effect evaluation to its function.Conclusion:This surgery effect is satisfied,the function restores.Adapts basic unit hospital development which treats under the inarticulate mirror.
