[北海市农村教师传染病预防控制知识调查]农村困难户建房补助6万

摘 要 目的:了解北海市农村教师传染病预防控制知识知晓情况,为开展学校传染病防治健康教育提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取北海市农村地区四个乡镇的中小学分管卫生领导和保健老师,托幼机构负责人和幼师共207人进行问卷调查。结果:①常见传染病基本知识知晓率69.8%,预防控制知识知晓率80.3%,防控态度正确率83.9%。②在执行疫情控制措施过程中遇到学生家长压力的教师占59.9%,认为卫生部门指导工作不够细致的教师占50.2%。结论:北海市农村教师传染病基本知识偏低,控制知识、防控态度总体较满意,但仍需强化学校传染病防治健康教育,卫生部门应细化指导疫情控制措施。

Abstract Objective:To investigate knowledge and attitude about prevention and control of infectious diseases among teachers in rural areas of Beihai City,and to provide evidence for health education of infectious diseases in schools.Methods:By cluster random sampling,207 teachers worked in 4 towns of Beihai City were selected to be surveyed by self-filling questionnaire.Results:①The correct answer rate was 69.8% for basic knowledge about infectious diseases and 80.3% for knowledge about prevention and control of infectious disease,and the positive attitude toward infectious disease prevention and control was 83.9%.②59.9% of teachers experienced pressure from student"s parent in the execution of control measures,and 50.2% of teachers considered that the health authorities didn"t give detailed-enough guidance for prevention and control.Conclusion:The teachers" basic knowledge about infectious diseases is insufficient,and knowledge about prevention and attitudes is generally good.It is necessary to strengthen health education of infectious diseases in schools and the health authorities should give more detailed guidance for prevention and control.
