    Abstract:In the personalized learning environment, college class culture construction depends on the individual, the organization college students assume people etc. The formation of class culture stems mainly from college students the cognition of its dual role. Therefore, higher education departments should build college students" individual learning environment and the class learning environment such as a combination of college class culture cultivating mode.

    Colle ge students is an important part of national high-level personnel, is the hope and the future of the nation in the country. Shoulder the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great Chinese dream the enormity of the task. Moment in the current personalized learning environment, contemporary college students a class in self learning environment, learning environment has changed the personalized learning environment. However, in this complex and personalized learning environment, part of the construction of university class culture lag phenomenon is relatively common. Personalized learning environment in colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of college class culture is particularly important.

    一、Personalized learning and individualized learning environment

    (一)Personalized learning

    Personalized learning has a long history in China, the earliest Confucius put forward according to the different characteristics of students, or improve the occasion, or complement each other, promote the student individuality development point of view. Personalized learning is a focus on cultivating and developing students" creativity, guide them to competition, learn to challenge, learn to surmount forefathers and self, full of curiosity about science and exploration spirit, grow up to be, independent personality and creative ability of new talent. Personalized learning is a kind of about one"s personality ideal and goal of development, namely through education fully of the educatee"s personality development and improvement; In practical level, it is a kind of basic requirements of human education, namely according to the individual character characteristic of educatees to take targeted measures, simply speaking, is on the basis of personality education.

    (二) Personalized learning environment

    Personalized learning environment is to point to in the case of the current information, the learning environment of universities in self learning space and time, the learning methods and learning purpose and so on various aspects are present and past is not the same, from unified modeling of the learning environment gradually shift to personalized learning environment, is in view of the unification of traditional education, starting from the person"s personality, a kind of people-oriented "education ecology". Personalized learning environment, in short, refers to according to the personality characteristics of learners create more flexible learning activities, to protect the learners" individual needs the best learning methods and strategies. The author thinks that, personalized learning environment can be defined as: personalized learning environment according to each student"s personality, interests, special skills, needs, learning time, content, schedule, mode, method of flexible learning environment. Personalized learning environment in pursuing individuality, freedom and comprehensive development of students as the forerunner, respect the learners" interest, hobbies and needs, fully arouse the students" autonomous learning.
