    280例乙肝患者的凝血常规检测:乙肝患者凝血功能

    　　【摘要】目的 探讨凝血常规检测在乙肝诊断、治疗和预后等方面的临床价值。方法 采用全自动血凝仪对我院收治的280例乙肝患者进行凝血常规检测，包括凝血酶原时间（PT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、凝血酶时间（TT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT），将检测结果与正常对照组进行对照分析。结果 与凝血常规指标正常范围进行比较，轻度乙肝患者的凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶时间无显著差异（p＞0.05），中度肝炎、重度乙肝和肝硬化患者的凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶时间有显著差异（p＜0.05）；全部患者的活化部分凝血活酶时间有显著性差异（p＜0.05）。结论 凝血常规检测结果与乙肝患者肝脏损害程度有很大的相关性，可以准确客观地反映病情，对乙肝患者的诊断、治疗和预后有重要的临床价值。

Methods automatic coagulometer were treated in our hospital 280 cases of hepatitis B patients with routine coagulation tests, including prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen(FIB), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), the test results with the control group were compared.
